WARNING You MUST use
Netscape's Navigator version 3.01 or higher or Microsoft's Internet Explorer browsers in
order to use the system. ALL Other browsers simply WILL NOT WORK.
Tips for comfortable use...
- Get yourself a professional provider using fast
access lines
- Keep Netscape running and just make/break the
connection each time you want to access the system
- If you keep Netscape running you don't have to retype
your password each time you enter the system
- Set Netscape's fixed width font to a convenient size
for browsing through the available loads and trucks. Microsoft's Internet Explorer has a
toolbar-button for this purpose
- Become a
sponsor, you will see all newly added
loads and trucks first
How to find available freight (loads)...
- Go to the
Index page
Click the Country where you want to find loads
Choose for "Available Loads"
This will return the Loadsheet for the selected
country. You can either:
- scroll down in the loadsheet
- click a region on the map
- press Ctrl+F to search for a loads with a specific
destination
click on a load to see the Load details
click on the company code to see the Company details
How to find available equipment
(trucks)...
- Go to the
Index page
Click the Country where you want to find available equipment
Choose for "Available Trucks"
This will return the Trucksheet for the selected
country. You can either:
- scroll down in the trucksheet
- click a region on the map
- press Ctrl+F to search for a truck with a specific
destination
click on a truck to see the Truck details
click on the company code to see the Company details
How to add available freight (a load)...
- Go to the
Index page
Click the Country where you want add a load
Choose for "Add a load"
This will return an Empty Form in which the
following items are mandatory:
- Company code, your company code
- Phone/Contact, your phone number and the person to
contact
- Country, the code for the country where the
available load is
- Region, the code for the region where the available
load is
- you may leave Region blank and fill in Postalcode
- the Postalcode's first two digits (or char's) will
do
- Destination Country, like Country
- Destination Region, like Region
- Date Available, the date on which the load is
available
- Equipment required, fill in at least one equipment
code
Press the Submit button at the end of the form to
register the load
How to add available equipment (a
truck)...
- Go to the
Index page
Click the Country where you want to add a truck
Choose for "Add a truck"
This will return an Empty Form in which the
following items are mandatory:
- Company code, your company code
- Phone/Contact, your phone number and the person to
contact
- Country, the code for the country where the
available truck is
- Region, the code for the region where the available
truck is
- you may leave Region blank and fill in Postalcode

register the truck
How to remove available freight (a
load)...

Click the Country where the load is
Choose for "Available Loads"
scroll down and select the load to remove
click on the load to see the Load details
click on Remove at the end of the load details form to
remove the load
- Loads will be removed automatically after the date available has expired
How to remove available equipment (a
truck)...
- Go to the
Index page
Click the Country where the truck is
Choose for "Available Trucks"
scroll down and select the truck to remove
click on the truck to see the Truck details
click on Remove at the end of the truck details form to
remove the truck
- Trucks will be removed automatically after the date available has expired
